This Privacy Policy describes how Dialerportal LLC ("Dialerportal") collects and uses information.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us (name, email, phone, company, billing address, payment details), information we receive automatically when you use our site or services (IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, referring URLs, cookies), and call-related data when you use our voice services (caller IDs, call duration, call metadata, recordings if you enable that feature).
How we use information
We use your information to deliver our services, process billing, send service-related communications, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text-message communications
When you opt in to receive text messages from Dialerportal, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record (the date, time and method of opt-in). We use this information only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to provide customer support. Messages may include transactional or informational content such as account notifications, service alerts, security codes, appointment reminders and customer-care conversations, and marketing content only where you have given explicit consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Messages are transmitted for us by the telecommunications carriers that operate the networks delivering them. Those carriers process the message in order to deliver it and are not permitted to use your mobile information for their own purposes.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you will receive one confirmation message after which no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@dialerportal.com or 1-888-488-8138. Replying STOP stops all text messages from us, including account and security messages.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising measurement. We do not serve third-party ads on this site. You can disable personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or via the aboutads.info opt-out page. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Sharing with third parties
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery, CRM, analytics), under contracts that restrict their use of your data. We may disclose information when legally required (court order, law enforcement request) or to protect rights, safety, or property. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data security
We maintain industry-standard security: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II audited. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of any material breach affecting your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) residents have additional rights including data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@dialerportal.com .
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or prominent notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect.
