The terms behind every Dialerportal account

The agreement that governs your use of Dialerportal’s cloud contact center, Cloud PBX, VoIP, and Vicidial services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing dialerportal.com or using any Dialerportal service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services description

Dialerportal provides cloud-based contact center software, Cloud PBX, VoIP services, call center tools, and Vicidial-related hosting, installation, support, and white-label deployment services.

3. Account terms

You must be 18 or older to open an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to: violate any law or regulation (including TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM); send unsolicited communications; harass, threaten, or defraud others; transmit malware; circumvent telecom regulations; or resell our services without written authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment, subscriptions, refunds

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Outbound usage charges are billed monthly in arrears at published rates. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing cycle — we don’t pro-rate partial-month refunds. Vicidial installation and custom-skin fees are non-refundable once work has begun. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for 12+ months, or have unpaid balances. On termination, we provide 30 days for data export.

7. Intellectual property

The Dialerportal name, logo, software, and content are our property. You retain all rights to data and content you upload. You grant us a license to process your data as needed to deliver the services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation, though we maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA on eligible annual plans.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or prominent notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
