Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using dialerportal.com or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Dialerportal provides hosted Vicidial dialer infrastructure, VoIP services (SIP trunking, DIDs, termination), installation, support, and related professional services. Service availability, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and in your order form.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to: violate any law or regulation; transmit spam, robocalls, or unsolicited messages in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or applicable telecom rules; harass, threaten, or defraud any person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or interfere with the integrity or performance of our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

4. Payment

Monthly services are billed in advance. One-time fees (installs, custom work) are due as quoted. Late payment may result in service suspension. Refunds are governed by your order form; in the absence of a specific clause, fees are non-refundable.

5. Termination & liability

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach of the Acceptable Use policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
